CEVA Logistics in Roosendaal is seeking a Customer Service & Transport Representative to support order processing and transport planning for a crane parts customer. You will monitor orders, prepare documents, maintain customer data and KPIs, and ensure alignment between warehouse and carrier scheduling.

The role requires experience with WMS/TMS and Excel analytics, plus a proactive, service-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or customer service is preferred.
• Familiar with WMS and TMS systems.
• Good Excel skills for analytics.
• Strong planning and proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the handling of orders by the warehouse team.
• Prepare, process and check required documents per guidelines.
• Manage administration of customer data, KPIs and inquiries.
• Ensure timely information and maintain customer contact.
• Oversee outbound planning and carrier performance.
• Coordinate between warehouse, transporters and customer.
• Contribute to system changes testing in WMS and TMS.
