Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Venlo is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You handle inquiries, orders and complaints related to storage and transport, ensuring accurate data and smooth processes in the warehouse.

You will monitor pick-and-pack, coordinate with customers and carriers, resolve issues, and escalate where needed. Dutch and English communication is essential, and a collaborative, international team supports growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Ability to manage inquiries, orders and complaints accurately.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in Venlo.
• Ensure data and planning for incoming goods, orders and shipments are accurate.
• Monitor pick and pack processes and coordinate with customers and carriers.
