Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Venray is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for customers, monitoring orders, solving issues, and maintaining proactive communication across teams including warehouse, carriers, and suppliers. You will lead the Customer Service team, coordinate daily workflows, and participate in weekly meetings to improve service levels.

A background in B2B customer service, strong English proficiency, and advanced Excel skills are

Qualifications

MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking.
Professional attitude towards customers in a B2B environment.
Professional proficiency in English.
Team leadership and coordination experience.
Strong skills in automated systems and Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel desirable.

Responsibilities

Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR).
Lead bi-weekly complaint meeting and coordinate daily workflows.
Build and maintain relationships with the customer's logistics team and end customers.
Manage and support the Customer Service team.
Review and complete the customer's monthly invoicing process.
Analyze process issues and provide efficient solutions.
Handle inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Analyze KPIs and drive improvement proposals.
