Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations support, logistics, customer service, or related fields.
• Advanced English—written and spoken; Dutch proficiency required.
• Willingness to work 100% on-site initially, then hybrid.
• Experience with CRM or Transport Management Systems (Salesforce a plus).
• Strong customer orientation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support for assigned customer accounts to maintain service coverage.
• Process routine orders, inquiries and service requests for timely fulfillment.
• Resolve standard issues on order status, backorders, pricing, and shipments.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties for special orders and fulfillment needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, orders, and issues for visibility.
• Escalate non-standard issues to drive timely resolution and improvements.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information across systems for smooth handovers.
