Job summary

Cencora in the Netherlands is seeking an Employee Customer Service to support pharmaceutical customers. The role covers daily operations, order entry, invoicing, and coordinating shipments, with close interaction with warehouse, transport planning and quality teams.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions. Strong English is required; Dutch is preferred. MS Office and WMS/ERP experience are valued, with emphasis on service excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO+ / HBO level in a business-related subject or comparable experience.
• Good level of English; Dutch preferable but not required.
• Customer focused and service-minded with outstanding communication skills.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for pharmaceutical customers.
• Process daily order flow through order entry.
• Manage incoming goods inventory management.
• Invoicing reporting to customers.
• Guide and handle complaints and irregularities.
• Coordinate both national and international shipments.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and monitor adherence.
