Van der Helm Logistics in Moerdijk is seeking an Administrative Employee to be the face of the company for drivers and visitors, ensuring they receive the right documents and are guided through loading and unloading.

You will register incoming shipments in our TMS/WMS, handle transport orders, check documents, and serve as the first point of contact at our Moerdijk location to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Fluent communication in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• MBO level education with practical thinking and hands-on approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Register and process incoming shipments in the TMS/WMS system.
• Handle transport orders and related administrative tasks.
• Check transport documents and ensure correct processing.
• Be the first point of contact for drivers and visitors at Moerdijk.
