Job summary

Walker International Transportation in Venlo is seeking an Administrative Logistics Employee to manage the administrative side of our logistics processes, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and maintaining contact with customers, carriers, and warehouse colleagues.

This full-time role (40 hours) offers growth opportunities within a collaborative team; you will work at our warehouse facility and help ensure accurate documentation and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport and logistics, preferably in warehousing or cross-docking.
• MBO+ level education with practical thinking and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with good written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments and scheduling.
• Monitor pick-and-pack processes.
• Prepare and process inbound/outbound warehouse documentation.
• Schedule outbound orders per customer requirements.
• Book transportation and coordinate loading times.
• Identify disruptions and inform customers and carriers.
• Handle and escalate complaints as needed.
• Process shipments and purchasing in CargoWise to ensure timely invoicing.
• Suggest improvements to processes and collaboration.
