Job summary

Diviande, part of the Jan Zandbergen Group, is hiring a Logistics Administration Assistant in Veenendaal. You’ll manage transport documentation, process orders and maintain packaging records while collaborating with planning, stock, sales and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• MBO-level vocational education in logistics or transport.
• Dutch and English communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of people, from drivers to senior management.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with clear overview.
• Ability to collaborate in a small, close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all transport documentation and procurement processing, from CMRs and packing slips to entering purchase orders.
• Be the point of contact for customers, suppliers and drivers, ensuring loading/unloading runs smoothly via email and phone.
• Liaise with Stock Management, Procurement, Sales and Logistics to maintain an overview and ensure planning runs smoothly.
• Step in to cover for colleagues in planning, Inside Sales or other projects when needed.
• Contribute to versatile, customer-focused logistics with responsibility and teamwork.
