Van der Helm Logistics is seeking a Logistics Administrative Assistant at our Moerdijk branch to handle administration for Fashion/Lifestyle clients. You will liaise with clients and the warehouse to keep end-to-end logistics running smoothly and oversee international transport when needed.

You should be independent, accurate, and proactive, with an MBO level background and fluent Dutch and English. The role offers a varied career in a growing family business.

Qualifications

• Experience within the logistics sector is a strong advantage.
• Accurate, proactive, and no 9-to-5 mentality.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Administer for one or more clients and be responsible for the administration.
• Coordinate with the client and the warehouse to ensure smooth logistical processes.
• Manage associated (international) transport effectively.
• Maintain a good relationship with clients and work independently.
