Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a logistics administrative role.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the warehouse regarding inventory levels and outbound planning.
• Book and track transport orders in the system, ensuring access to up-to-date information for all parties.
• Communicate daily with customers and external partners to keep the logistics process running smoothly.
• Monitor KPIs, handle claims and customer complaints, and identify solutions.
• Maintain transport rates and freight costs, support monthly cost closing and reporting.
