Job summary

SanLucar is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan, coordinate and monitor transport flows across assigned lanes, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient deliveries in a fast-paced international setting.

You will be the main link between commercial and product teams, optimize routes, track deliveries, manage deviations and support rate negotiations while upholding temperature-controlled logistics standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in transport or logistics coordination, ideally in an international environment.
• Experience with perishable goods or temperature-controlled logistics is highly valued.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination, and execution of transport flows across your assigned lanes, ensuring an efficient, reliable, and high-quality service. Working in a fast-paced international environment, you will be the key link between commercial and product areas making sure everything runs smoothly from origin to destination.

Requirements

What you'll bring along

• Higher Studies in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in transport or logistics coordination, ideally in an international environment
• Experience with perishable goods or temperature-controlled logistics is highly valued
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Fluency in Dutch and English. Other languages such as German, Spanish or Polish will be higly valued.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and optimize processes
• High attention to detail and structured way of working
• A hands-on, committed and proactive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
