Job summary

Rotterdam Trading Office B.V. in Delft is seeking a Logistics Administrative professional to support road transport operations for fresh and frozen meat across the EU, ensuring temperature-controlled deliveries and efficient route planning.

You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate shipments, monitor deliveries, maintain ERP data, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, food-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Communicatively proficient.
• Proficient in administration and operations, including Office 365 (focus on Excel).
• Accurate and result oriented with commitment to service.
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
• Available for a full-time contract (40 hours).

Responsibilities

• Operational- and Administrative support (including document flow).
• Plan and coordinate road transport shipments across EU.
• Support the creation and follow-up of stock orders.
• Monitor deliveries and respond to delays or disruptions in real time.
• Ensure compliance with cold chain requirements and delivery timelines.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate shipment data in ERP systems.
• Assist in improving routes.
