Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO company in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for Dutch customers via phone, email or chat, delivering friendly, practical help and solving day-to-day questions.

The role includes a relocation package with flight, optional shared accommodation, and a monthly salary between €1,220 and €1,500 gross, plus private health insurance and training.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping customers.

Responsibilities
