FH Collective Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO in Lisbon. You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat in a friendly, non-scripted environment.

The position offers on-site work in Lisbon with remote options within Portugal, a relocation package including flight tickets and housing options, plus private health insurance and monthly pay from €1,220 up to €1,500, with

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Customer support experience preferred.

Responsibilities
