Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO company in Lisbon. You will be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat, as part of an international team.

Relocation is provided, with flight ticket included and option for accommodation. On-site in Lisbon or remote within Portugal, with a competitive monthly gross salary and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide high-quality support to resolve day-to-day queries for an international team.
