FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You'll assist Dutch customers via phone, email, or chat, providing genuine, helpful support in a friendly, non-scripted environment.

We offer a full relocation package including flight, accommodation options, and a competitive gross monthly salary (€1,500 with accommodation or €1,220 without).

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate, friendly assistance to resolve daily queries as part of our international team.
• Collaborate with an international team to maintain high-quality customer support.
