Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our international team. You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch customers via phone, email or chat, delivering helpful, human support in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a relocation package with flight ticket, accommodation options (shared), and monthly gross salaries of €1,220 without accommodation or €1,500 with accommodation, plus health insurance and training bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of our international team.
