FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You will be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, offering practical, friendly help within our global team.

Relocation is covered, with flight tickets and accommodation options. The role offers a monthly gross salary with or without housing, plus private health insurance and training bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsibilities

• You'll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of our international team.
