Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You’ll help Dutch customers by phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly, practical assistance as part of a diverse team.

Relocation is supported with flight and accommodation options; earn €1,220–€1,500 gross per month depending on housing. Applicants should speak Dutch fluently (C1/C2) and English well, be based in Portugal or willing to move, and enjoy helping people.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
