FH Collective - Academy is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our international BPO team in Lisbon, with on-site and remote options within Portugal. You will be the main point of contact for Dutch customers, assisting them by phone, email or chat, delivering friendly help and solving day-to-day questions as part of our global team.

Relocation support includes a flight ticket, accommodation option and a monthly gross pay of 1,220–1,500 EUR, with bonuses and private health

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide friendly, helpful support to resolve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
