Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Life Cycle Solution Engineer to develop and sell service solutions that maximise the performance and value of warehouse automation systems throughout their life cycle. You will collaborate with Sales, Service and Operations to translate customer needs into tailored lifecycle agreements and build long-term partnerships.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and engage in international travel (~4 days per month), enjoying a hybrid work

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2+ years of experience in a technical-commercial role in service, maintenance, automation, or intralogistics.
Affinity with lifecycle management, service solutions, and operational improvement.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Commercial awareness and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value.
Fluent in English.
Willing to travel internationally (approx. 4 days per month).

Responsibilities

Develop tailored service and lifecycle solutions for new and existing customers.
Design and propose maintenance contracts, resident services, spare parts strategies, and modernization solutions.
Analyze customer operations and identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.
Build compelling business cases and commercially attractive proposals.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Finance teams to create customer-focused solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor during customer meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Ensure a smooth handover of sold solutions to Service and Operations teams.
