Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Life Cycle Solution Engineer to develop and sell service solutions that maximise the performance and value of warehouse automation systems throughout their life cycle. You will collaborate with Sales, Service and Operations to translate customer needs into tailored lifecycle agreements and build long-term partnerships.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and engage in international travel (~4 days per month), enjoying a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical-commercial role in service, maintenance, automation, or intralogistics.
• Affinity with lifecycle management, service solutions, and operational improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to travel internationally (approx. 4 days per month).

Your role

In your role, you develop and sell service solutions that help customers maximize the performance, reliability, and value of their warehouse automation systems throughout their life cycle. Working closely with Sales, Service, and Operations teams, you translate customer needs into tailored service agreements and lifecycle solutions. You act as a trusted advisor, combining technical expertise with commercial insight to create long-term customer value.

What you will do

What you bring

• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel internationally (approx. 4 days per month)

Benefits

This position offers a monthly salary range starting from €4,300 up to €4,900. When performance expectations are exceeded, there is even the opportunity to grow beyond this scale.
