Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Life Cycle Solution Engineer to develop service solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and operational excellence while building long-term customer partnerships.

You will design maintenance contracts, resident services, spare parts strategies and modernization solutions, analyzing customer operations and translating technical concepts into customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical‑commercial role, preferably within service, maintenance, automation, or intralogistics.
• Affinity with life cycle management, service solutions, and operational improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 4 days per month).

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored service and life cycle solutions for new and existing customers.
• Design and propose maintenance contracts, resident services, spare parts strategies, and modernization solutions.
• Analyze customer operations and identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.
• Build compelling business cases and commercially attractive proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Finance teams to create customer‑focused solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor during customer meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Ensure a smooth handover of sold solutions to Service and Operations teams.
