Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Service Sales Engineer (RMR) to support the Warehousing Commercial team. You will translate automation needs into value‑adding solutions and collaborate with Service Account Managers, project teams, and customers to ensure efficient, adaptable systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronics, at least 5 years in sales engineering (brownfield preferred), strong English communication, and willingness to travel up to 5%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales engineering, preferably in brownfield projects.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Clear communication skills in English and strong customer focus.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer RMR automation requests and define system concepts together with internal stakeholders
• Lead system design development from initial concept through to final quotation
• Evaluate technical solution options with focus on cost, performance, risk and maintainability
• Coordinate bid activities, layouts, pricing input and technical documentation
• Support customer presentations and ensure smooth handover to the Service Project Manager
