Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to join the Learning Design & Operations team in Amsterdam. You will help ensure our learning platforms run smoothly, support adoption, and drive continuous improvement across our global Retail learning landscape.

In this role you will manage LMS setups, user access, course configurations and governance, while collaborating with HR, Tech & Data, and external vendors to optimize processes, reporting and platform enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Learning setup & Operations: Manage LMS setup and related learning technologies, courses, journeys, sessions, audiences, user access, permissions and platform configuration.
• User Support & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key contact for local training teams and stakeholders, coordinate issue resolution with Tech & Data teams and external vendors.
• Reporting & Learning Insights: Support collection, analysis and reporting of learning data, learner engagement and platform usage; translate insights into action.
