Zusammenfassung

Rituals is seeking a Learning Operations professional to enable scalable training across our shops. You will manage the LMS setup, learning journeys, audiences and access, while ensuring content is published and accessible for all markets.

You will collaborate with HR and Tech teams to drive platform improvements and support new market launches. You will also act as a key contact for local training teams, coordinate with vendors, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

• Learning setup & Operations: Manage LMS setup, audiences, access, and platform configuration; publish and maintain content; govern processes across markets; support new market launches and platform enhancements.
• User Support & Stakeholder Management: Be the main contact for local training teams and stakeholders; coordinate issue resolution with Tech & Data teams and external vendors; onboard power users.
• Reporting & Learning Insights: Collect and analyze learning data; create recurring reports on learner engagement and platform usage; generate insights measuring learning effectiveness and business impact.

In This Role, You Will

Learning setup & Operations

• Support the day-to-day management and administration of our Learning Management System set-up and related learning technologies in liaison with our HR and Tech & Data teams.
• Manage courses, learning journeys, sessions, audiences, user access, permissions and platform configuration.
• Ensure learning content is correctly published, maintained and accessible for all target audiences.
• Maintain operational processes, governance and documentation to ensure consistency across markets.
• Support new market launches, audience differentiation and platform implementations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize learning operations, simplify processes and improve user experience.
• Support platform enhancements, releases, roadmap initiatives, implementations and testing activities.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support relationships with external learning technology vendors, monitor service quality and platform performance, and help evaluate new tools and technologies that support our learning strategy.
• Stay informed on learning technology trends and best practices and proactively share ideas with the team.

User Support & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key contact for local training teams and business stakeholders regarding learning platform questions and requests.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Tech & Data teams and external vendors.
• Support training and onboarding of power users and local learning teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand needs and identify improvement opportunities.

Reporting & Learning Insights

• Support the collection, analysis and reporting of learning data and platform metrics.
• Create and maintain recurring reports on learner engagement, completion rates and platform usage.
• Generate insights that contribute to measuring learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve learner adoption and experience.

To Be Successful In The Role, You

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, Learning Technology or a related field.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Affinity with reporting, data analysis and translating insights into recommendations.
• Experience coordinating projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled in applying AI to improve systems, processes, reporting, and user support.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of learning principles and digital learning solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Advanced Excel and/or reporting tool experience is a plus.
• Experience with vendor management, implementation projects or learning analytics is a plus.
