Johnson & Johnson in Leiden, Netherlands, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a hands-on operations team. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

You will work with engineering, quality, and other supervisors to introduce new equipment and train operators in proper use. Qualifications include HBO-level education or higher, 5+ years in manufacturing (medical device preferred), and proficiency in English and Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a hands-on team within Operations to deliver high-quality medical products in a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.
• Meet production targets from the Master Production Schedule and shipment schedule while ensuring safety, cGMP, and lean practices.
• Coach operators and team leaders, assign operators, and promote a learning and safe work environment.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze deviations, and escalate issues to engineers when needed.
