Responsibilities

• Perform production operations across multiple stages (turning, milling, surface finishing, inspection).
• Monitor and adjust machines and processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct precise visual and microscopic inspections and record data.
• Follow GMP and site quality standards; comply with hygiene and safety rules.
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to continuous improvement and problem solving.
