• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, EHS, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise manufacturing teams to achieve production targets.
• Assign operators, manage resources and ensure staffing levels.
• Support introduction, qualification, and validation of new products/equipment.
• Ensure process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions are current.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead or support deviation investigations, CAPAs and change management.
• Drive continuous improvement and act as SME for processes.
