Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Leiden seeks a Manager Quality Assurance – Operational Commercial Products (OCP) to lead a team of QA specialists ensuring GMP oversight of commercial manufacturing and digital systems at the Leiden site.

You will partner with Operations, Warehouse, QC Labs, Maintenance and MSAT, provide governance for ERP, MES, BI tools, and computerized system validation, while driving inspection readiness and regulatory support. Dutch and English communication required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical discipline.
• Minimum six years’ experience in quality and/or GMP environment in pharmaceutical, consumer or medical device company.
• Two+ years in a managerial, people-leading role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of QA specialists (8–12).
• Provide quality leadership and governance for digital and computerized systems.
• Maintain and improve GMP processes for commercial manufacturing and testing.
• Support inspection readiness and regulatory inspections.
