Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's LVV facility in the Netherlands seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to guide the COE and support Operations in delivering high-quality, compliant processes. You will lead technical teams, drive base business improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of batches in a GMP environment.

You bring a strong engineering or science background, 10+ years in pharma GMP, and proven LEAN project leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor or University degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent.
+10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical GMP production environment.
Proven LEAN project leadership and implementation experience.
Fluency in English.
Knowledge of EHSS standards and LVV GMP requirements.
Knowledge of LVV production processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership and direction for Manufacturing specialist resources and activities.
Partners with Operations in identification, definition, and execution of base business improvements.
Delivers technical requirements for equipment as single-use items and continuous improvements.
Encourages and supports development of innovative solutions to problems and opportunities.
Oversees execution of small to mid-complex improvements projects to equipment and disposables.
Reviews and approves technical documentation to verify compliance to specifications.
