Johnson & Johnson Leiden seeks a Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliable and efficient production of innovative medicines. You will lead maintenance plans, coordinate technicians and contractors, and drive continuous improvement of equipment availability and safety.

The role requires HBO-level Electrical Engineering knowledge, Lean Six Sigma/RCM/TPM expertise, and strong collaboration across teams in a pharmaceutical production environment.

Formación

• HBO level in Electrical Engineering with knowledge of NL regulations and electrical standards.
• Project management skills with Lean Six Sigma, RCM or TPM certifications.
• Experience with electrical maintenance in industrial/pharmaceutical settings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and optimize maintenance plans to prevent failures.
• Lead risk and root cause analyses and apply corrective actions for preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate corrective maintenance, manage external contractors, and ensure compliance with procedures.
