Park Plaza Utrecht offers a modern and stylish stay in the heart of the city, perfectly located for both business and leisure guests. As a Management Intern, you will be the right hand of the General Manager, supporting leadership and ensuring smooth operation across departments.

The internship starts in September 2026 and runs 5–12 months, full-time, aligned with your study requirements, delivering hands-on leadership experience and exposure to guest satisfaction and hotel performance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and strategic activities across departments.
• Assist in preparing management meetings, coordinating team sessions, and supporting internal communication.
• Provide operational support across Front Office, F&B, and Meetings & Events.
• Contribute to improving the guest journey and arrival experience through analysis and ideas.
• Support quality control checks and ensure brand standards are met.
• Assist with projects related to commercial activities, events, and hotel performance.
• Engage with guests and colleagues, providing a professional and personalised experience.
• Support sales activities including show-rounds, upselling, and promoting hotel outlets.
• Demonstrate leadership by example and support department heads with tasks.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute ideas to improve hotel performance.
