Job summary

Neways Electronics International is seeking a Team Leader who acts as a hands-on coach and line-of-sight leader on the shop floor, creating a safe, inclusive environment for a multicultural team and driving daily production goals.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Logistics, HR, and the Unit Manager, manage shifts, onboarding, coaching, and performance discussions, and contribute to achieving the department's annual plan with a focus on safety, quality, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education demonstrated.
• Team leadership experience in production.
• Green Belt certification is advantageous.
• Quality and safety focus.
• Strong decision-making and timely escalation of issues.
• Proficient in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, assigning tasks and setting priorities.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new colleagues.
• Monitor competencies and coordinate further development.
• Organize inflow, internal mobility, and outflow of temporary workers.
• Ensure safety, quality and adherence to procedures (ESD, 5S, IPC, QMS).
• Report team results and output to the Unit Manager.
