Job summary

Neways Advanced Applications in Son, part of Neways Electronics International, seeks a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to strengthen quality and operational performance in PCBA production. You will be visible on the factory floor, supporting Production with quality challenges and driving rapid, structured problem solving.

You will proactively prevent issues through data analysis and structured methods, collaborating across Quality, Production, and Engineering to improve process robustness, yield,

Qualifications

Analytical mindset and data-driven problem solving.
Experience with quality methods and tools is desirable.
Knowledge of PCBA processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as primary quality contact for Production and provide hands-on support on the factory floor.
Lead or support escalations and root cause investigations for high-impact quality issues.
Perform First Article and First Inspection analyses on prototypes and pilot builds.
Coordinate containment actions, stock checks, and rework activities with Production and Engineering.
Drive preventive quality controls, including Control Plans and PFMEAs.
