Job summary
Neways Electronics International NV is seeking a Team Leader to coach and guide a multicultural production team on the shop floor. You will participate in daily safety, quality, logistics, planning and budget discussions, ensuring the team achieves its daily production goals.
The role spans multiple departments (MA/CR, PCBA, SMMA, WH) with assignment based on profile and business needs. You will lead shifts and drive onboarding, development, and performance reviews while collaborating with
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level education and leadership experience in production.
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Green Belt certification is an advantage but not required.
- Strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the production team to meet daily goals.
- Conduct performance and appraisal meetings.
- Organize onboarding and continuous development for new colleagues.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to procedures (ESD, 5S, IPC, QMS).
- Plan shifts and labor, manage workload and assignments.
- Coordinate with Unit Manager and other departments.
- Drive improvement proposals and implement team development plans.
