QuantWare BV is seeking a Device Metrology Tool Development Lead to coordinate scalable metrology methods and automated tooling for high-throughput screening of quantum devices. You will balance project management with technical execution, guiding the tool's lifecycle from concept to deployment.

The role demands 4+ years in project leadership within deep-tech, and a Master’s or PhD in Physics or Engineering.

Formación

• 4+ years as project lead, systems engineer, or similar in deep-tech (quantum, metrology, or complex hardware).
• Master's degree or PhD in a technical field is required.
• Strong R&D lifecycle understanding (design–produce–measure).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the R&D metrology project from concept to deployment.
• Synthesize inputs from engineering and science domains to guide direction.
• Lead daily technical project activities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify risks and contingencies to keep milestones on track.
