QuantWare BV seeks a Senior Semiconductor Equipment Engineer to lead end-to-end ownership of critical manufacturing equipment, from installation to qualification and production ramp. You will develop maintenance strategies, coordinate with suppliers, and drive reliability improvements while working in a fast‑moving cleanroom environment in Delft.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Experience installing, commissioning, maintaining and qualifying production equipment.
• Strong knowledge of high-vacuum systems such as PVD and CVD.
• Good understanding of equipment utilities interfaces and facility integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic and control systems.
• Experience with FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ and production qualification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end ownership of new equipment installations from requirements to production handover.
• Coordinate moves, commissioning, and production readiness for new capacity.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance, spare-part plans and documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Mentor colleagues and set engineering standards across the equipment organization.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, field service, and suppliers to ensure timely deliverables.
