Rabobank in Utrecht is seeking a Test Lead for Loans, Agency & Fees to design and execute test plans, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement across a complex backend.

You will mentor testers in an international DevOps team, ensure quality across dozens of integrated applications, and validate APIs and SQL data flows.

The role offers hybrid work, a development budget, and a strong focus on collaboration and customer service for wholesale banking clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Quality Assurance mentorship and leading a team.
• Comprehensive communication verbally and in writing, in test plan designs and reporting.
• Manual testing, Proficiency in system integration, web services, API testing, SQL.
• Familiarity with structured test methods (e.g. ISTQB, TMap).
• Worked in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilités

• Ensure quality is embedded in every step of the DevOps way of working, through test expertise and methodology, manual testing and validations, effective test plan design and reporting, and conducting root cause analysis and follow up of bugs.
• Collaborate closely with the DevOps team and product owner by actively participating in sprints, solution reviews and advise on test approach.
• Identify and communicate risks and improvements by acting as a quality ambassador and challenging technical decisions to drive continuous improvement.
