Rabobank in Utrecht is seeking a Test Lead for Loans, Agency & Fees to design and execute test plans, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement across a complex backend.

Qualifications

• Worked in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Ensure quality is embedded in every step of the DevOps way of working, through test expertise and methodology, manual testing and validations, effective test plan design and reporting, and conducting root cause analysis and follow up of bugs.
• Collaborate closely with the DevOps team and product owner by actively participating in sprints, solution reviews and advise on test approach.
• Identify and communicate risks and improvements by acting as a quality ambassador and challenging technical decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Your testing expertise helps driving and safeguarding the quality of the Foundations Area services.## **You & your role**Drive quality assurance across the Loans, Agency & Fees team by designing and executing test plans, analysing results, and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives as a Test Lead. You ensure robust testing across a complex backend landscape, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
