Job summary

Fugro's GroundIQ team seeks a Lead Product Manager to own a major GroundIQ workspace, defining strategy, roadmap, and growth. You will drive end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to scale, prioritise critical customer problems using research and analytics, and lead pricing discussions to shape packaging and commercial success.

You will partner with sales, marketing, and delivery, mentor PMs, and nurture a high-performance product culture while ensuring alignment with go-to-market objectives across

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 8+ years in product management, including lead or senior roles on SaaS/subscription products.
• Track record of taking product areas from discovery to adoption and scale.
• Fluent in SaaS metrics and confident contributing to pricing/packaging decisions.
• Balancing customer insight, technical feasibility, and commercial viability.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership.
• In-depth understanding of geotechnical investigations and subsurface data flows (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and growth of the GroundIQ workspace within the platform.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, adoption, and scale.
• Prioritise high-impact customer problems using research, user feedback, and analytics.
• Define and track KPIs and OKRs to drive activation, retention, and revenue.
• Contribute to how we package and price the platform as it commercializes.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align product development with GTM objectives.
• Champion product excellence, mentor Product Managers, and foster a high-performance culture.
