Adyen is seeking a Senior/Lead HR Business Partner for our global Operations teams, based in Amsterdam. You will shape the people strategy, partner with senior leaders, and enable business growth in a high-performance culture.

This hands-on role balances strategy with execution and coaching across multiple domains. You will leverage data-driven insights, design development plans, support performance management, and champion inclusive practices, collaborating with regional HRBPs and leaders to

Competenze

8+ years HRBP experience in a global, matrixed organization.
Strong knowledge supporting tech/product teams and engineering roles.
Deep expertise in performance management and employee relations.

Mansioni

Create and execute a people strategy for Operations Domains in partnership with regional HRBPs.
Partner with leaders to drive employee development and organizational growth.
Provide strategic HR guidance on performance, feedback, and engagement.
Use data and insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.
