Job summary

EPAM Systems Lead Business Analyst sought to join a global B2B organization undergoing ecommerce transformation in West-Vlaanderen, Belgium, with a hybrid model. You will co-lead a team of analysts, shape BA processes, and serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and engineering.

Responsibilities include facilitating decisions, owning customer communication, and driving improvements in sales/marketing domains with an ecommerce background.

Qualifications

• Very strong soft skills: stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation and consulting.
• Proven experience managing or leading a team of business/functional analysts.
• Strong problem-solving skills: able to break down ambiguous, complex problems and drive them to resolution.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Ownership mindset: sees improvements through from idea to completion, not just identification.
• Understanding of delivery processes and business workflows in a B2B/eCommerce context.
• Ability to promote, introduce and apply AI in day-to-day work to optimize processes and team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and develop a team of functional/business analysts: set direction, priorities and quality standards for the team's work.
• Build, own and continuously improve business analysis processes and ways of working across the organization.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, customers and engineering/delivery teams.
• Facilitate discussions, align conflicting viewpoints and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Own customer communication and ensure business needs are correctly understood and represented.
• Conduct business analysis in the sales and marketing domain with an eCommerce background.
• Document business processes, gather and define requirements; perform problem definition and root-cause analysis.
• Identify improvement opportunities, propose them and drive them through to completion.
