• Proven experience leading a team of business/functional analysts.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and develop a team of business analysts; set direction and quality standards.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers and delivery teams.
• Facilitate discussions, align viewpoints and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Document processes, gather requirements and perform root-cause analysis.
