Job summary

EDGE Workspaces is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead the opening and lease-up of two new locations in Eindhoven and Rotterdam. You will guide prospective clients through the journey, turning conversations into long-term community members and driving occupancy and revenue for both sites.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships with clients and brokers, and collaborate with Community, Hospitality and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Economics, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–2 years in sales, account management or client-facing roles; hospitality/real estate a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Native Dutch and fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Play a key commercial role in opening and lease-up of Eindhoven and Rotterdam locations.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to signed agreement.
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth for the locations.
• Build relationships with prospects, clients and brokers.
• Understand client needs and translate into tailored solutions.
• Host tours and present locations, products and services to convert prospects into community members.
• Follow up on leads, proposals and negotiations in a structured way.
• Monitor pipeline, conversion and performance against targets.
• Collaborate with Community, Hospitality and Marketing teams.
• Identify upsell, expansion and retention opportunities.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
