Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is hiring a Night Front Office Host(ess) to ensure a welcoming, safe and seamless experience during overnight hours. You will be the main contact for guests, handling check-ins, requests and night audits while working independently.

The role requires strong English communication, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Full-time night shifts include weekends and holidays in a vibrant international hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in/check-out during night hours.
• Be the main point of contact for guests throughout the night.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Perform night audit procedures and complete daily reports.
• Manage reservations, billing and Front Office administration.
• Monitor security procedures and maintain guest/colleague safety.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Maintain professional communication across departments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards and safety regulations.
• Support early departures, late arrivals and overnight operations.

As a Night Front Office Host(ess) you are responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and seamless experience for our guests during the overnight hours. You will be the main point of contact throughout the night, ensuring smooth Front Office Operations. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys working night shifts, thrives in an independent working environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while others sleep.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience during overnight hours
• Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
• Perform night audit procedures and complete daily financial and operational reports
• Manage reservations, billing, and Front Office administration accurately
• Monitor hotel security procedures and maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
• Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
• Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues across all departments
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, procedures, and safety regulations
• Support early departures, late arrivals, and overnight operations

Essential Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Availability to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Preferred Requirements

• Previous Front Office, Night Auditor, or hospitality experience
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS)
• Experience handling cash, billing, and reconciliation procedures
• Dutch or additional language skills are an advantage
