Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Managed Services Engineer to lead proactive incident resolution and high-complexity ticket handling. You will ensure SLAs are met, analyze root causes, and mentor junior engineers while creating knowledge articles and supporting automation initiatives.

You will oversee onsite and field engineering activities, collaborate with vendors, and drive service improvements to deliver high-quality client experiences across technology domains.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple enterprise network technologies and devices.
• Advanced certifications on at least one or two technologies.
• Strong planning and project management abilities.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and active listening skills.
• Client-focused approach with ability to adapt under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead in providing exceptional managed services to clients.
• Identify and resolve high-complexity incidents and problems.
• Create knowledge articles and train junior team members.
• Coordinate with automation teams to reduce manual effort.
• Provide onsite technical support and work with third-party vendors.
