Job summary

Röhlig Penske Logistics is seeking a Key Account Manager for Roosendaal to coordinate operational support with Customer Service and Carrier Management, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements for international customers. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational support is effectively coordinated with the dedicated Customer Service and Carrier Management teams; follow up on recurring service issues and escalate when necessary.
• Monitor contract incl. carrier performance; initiate improvement projects and follow up on solutions.
• Measure and report on KPI’s in line with SLA; organize MBR’s and QBR’s with the customer.
• Identify sales opportunities and manage contract extensions of managed customers.
• Prepare the business plans of the customer and be direct profit & loss responsible.
