Job summary

Röhlig Netherlands, based in Rotterdam, is looking for an Inside Sales colleague to support new business development and deliver responsive, accurate customer solutions.

You will qualify sales leads, coordinate appointments and maintain CRM records, with at least two years of freight forwarding operations experience and fluent Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with freight forwarding operations.
• Strong customer service, communication and coordination skills.
• Accurate, proactive approach and confidence working with customers and commercial colleagues.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotations, tenders, proposals and rate requests, including coordination with overseas offices.
• Qualify sales leads, coordinate customer appointments and follow‑up, and maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Manage customer master data, contracts, rates and auto‑rating information across relevant systems.
• Handle quotation requests from initial requirements and carrier selection through to timely follow‑up.
