Job summary

Morrison Express is seeking a proactive Regional Key Account Operations Coordinator to support key customers across the Netherlands, including Amsterdam and Rotterdam. You will be the primary operational contact, coordinating air, ocean, and logistics shipments while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics or related fields, strong English communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Morrison Express is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Regional Key Account Operations Coordinator to support our key customers across the region. In this role, you will serve as the primary operational contact for assigned Key Accounts, ensuring seamless coordination of air, ocean, and logistics shipments while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of operational contact for assigned Key Accounts.
• Monitor and proactively manage air, ocean, and logistics shipments.
• Coordinate operational communication between customers, Morrison stations, and agents.
• Build strong customer relationships and develop into a trusted advisor.
• Ensure high-quality operational execution across the region.
• Respond promptly to operational requests, questions, and issues.
• Support procurement activities and bid preparations in collaboration with vendors, agents, and Morrison stations.
• Monitor, maintain, and consolidate shipment and operational data.
• Identify commercial opportunities and share leads with the Key Account Manager.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational and financial processes.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure stakeholder compliance.
• Identify supply chain risks and collaborate with customers and internal teams to mitigate them.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of regional activities.
• Execute and monitor shipments in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare operational reports and data analyses to support decision-making and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Deliver timely daily and periodic reports according to customer requirements.
• Provide out-of-office-hours support when required.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation (preferred).
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Mandarin language skills are considered an advantage.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proactive, driven, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
